The Tech Support Specialist program provides students with the skills necessary for entry-level careers as Network Administrator or Information System Technician. CompTIA A+ certification, or other relevant experience, is a prerequisite for this program. Students enrolled in Asher’s program learn how to network computers, tablets, and printers, and the essentials of operational and organizational security and cryptography. Students also gain knowledge of system architecture, installation and package management, Linux filesystems, and filesystem hierarchy standards.
